Returns

If you would like to return your item please contact us at sales@advacnedpaws.com. State your name, order number and the reason for your return. This must be within 14 days of purchase and the item unworn and in new condition (including undamaged packaging and stickers still in place). 

We also do not offer refunds on sizing issues (as we are an online retailer, it is the customer's responsibility to check the sizing of the watches and accessories prior to purchasing online).

All specifications of our products are listed on the product pages. As we are an online retailer, it is the consumer's responsibility to double-check that they indeed want to purchase the product based on the images and specifications.
